A collection of cywyddau gathered from various sources by John Jones of Gellilyfdy. Sources include manuscripts in the hands of Dafydd ap William, Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd and Wiliam Thomas ap Edward o Bodfari. The manuscript was written in three stages: from 1609 to 1610, at a later period but prior to 1619, and finally 1621.
A manuscript in several late 18th century hands comprising summaries and transcripts of texts from the Book of Llan Dâf and from Jesus College MSS 2 (Llyfr Ancr Llanddewibrefi), 3, 7 and 17. The manuscript also includes a copy of a note book by Robert Vaughan; transcripts of the British Genealogy relating to Wales; topographical notes on Glamorgan and the Gower; and poetry concerning Anrawd and The Wars of Brecknock.

The first part was compiled by Sir Thomas ap Ieuan ap Deicws around 1510; the second part of the manuscript was written between 1531 and 1544.

Included are verses associated with Myrddin and Taliesin and a collection of verse by Rhys Fardd.
Secular and religious prose and narrative texts by three scribes dating from c. 1330. The texts include a biblical history (p. 1); Brut y Tywysogion (p. 65), with a continuation from 1282 to 1332 (p. 292); Kyfoesi Myrddin a Gwenddydd (p. 302); and a Welsh grammar (p. 305).
The manuscript consists of two parts: The first part, written 1538-1539, comprises pedigrees and recipes in the hand of Huw Bangor; etc. The second part, written c. 1587, comprises Rhannau Arbennig yr Ynys; XIII Tlws; XXIV Marchog; prophecies; etc. The old vellum cover for the first part has bicolumnar text in Latin.
