Pemb., and of Amy Skeel, his wife, and after their decease the mortgage to be equally divided between all the testator's surviving children; to his son, David Williams, the stock and crop of a farm called Penbeny Farm, [p. St Davids], subject to a payment of £500 to be divided between the testator's two daughters; devises to his son, William Williams, freehold m's and lands called Carnan loch and Ffynnon Gribb, p. Llanwnda, co. Pemb., subject to a payment of £500 to the testator's son, John Williams; devises to his son, John Williams, a freehold m. and lands called Ty Fly, bor. Llonghor [Loughor], co. Glam.; to his son, Richard Williams, all his freehold m's in bor. Llongher (tenants named), and a freehold m. called Peneyvay, p. Llongher, co. Carm.
