Caern., of 5 during lives of 2 and 4 so that common recoveries may be suffered on the premises in order for the debts of Ellen Williams to be satisfied from the sale of premises in p's Llangernew and Llandudno, with the remainder of the premises to the use of 2 for life and then to 3. Recites the will, 22 Oct. 1806, of Ellen Williams of Deganwy who devised her property in p's Llangerniew, Llandderfel and Llandudno to 1 on trust to sell to pay her debts and legacies, and who devised the mansion house called Deganwy to 2 for life and then her heirs, except William Lloyd Jones, the eldest son of John Lloyd Jones, who was in possession of the Plas Madoc estate.
