Deed (Lease and Release) To Make A Tenant To The Precipe, dated 12-13 Aug. 1828, to suffer a common recovery by 1 and 2, at the request of 3, to 4, of a capital m. or mansion house with demesne and other lands, called Deganwy (161a.), and m's and lands called Bryngosol (151a.), Bryngosol isaf (14a.), Maes-y-Dolai (64a.), Byarth Cerrig otherwise Frith Gerrig (9a.), Tyn y coed (12a.), Crogfryn (21a.), Towyn (21a.), Pen Towyn (3 a.), and Pantyfran (3a.), all in p. Llanrhos, co. Caern., and m's called Gogarth (43a.), Ty Coch (20a.) and Nant (6a.), all in p. Llandudno, co. Caern., and m's and lands called Dol Pandy (1a.), Llanerch Felys (5a.), Nannerth (41a.), Ty tan y graig (21a.), Tyddyn gwr llwyd (22a.), and Bryn y pair, otherwise Brynia Pair (30a.), all in p. Llangernew, co. Denb., and any other premises to which 1, 2 and 3 may be entitled under the will of Ellen Williams in cos Caern. and Denb., to the use, as to premises in co. Denb., of 4 during the lives of 2 and 4 and to the use, as to premises in co. Caern., of 5 during lives of 2 and 4 so that common recoveries may be suffered on the premises in order for the debts of Ellen Williams to be satisfied from the sale of premises in p's Llangernew and Llandudno, with the remainder of the premises to the use of 2 for life and then to 3. Recites the will, 22 Oct. 1806, of Ellen Williams of Deganwy who devised her property in p's Llangerniew, Llandderfel and Llandudno to 1 on trust to sell to pay her debts and legacies, and who devised the mansion house called Deganwy to 2 for life and then her heirs, except William Lloyd Jones, the eldest son of John Lloyd Jones, who was in possession of the Plas Madoc estate.
