Privy seal (printed with manuscript additions) to Sir William Harbert of Friers [Greyfriars, Cardiff], kt, requesting the loan of £100 to be paid within 12 days to Sir Thomas Mannsell, kt, collector for co. Glam. Manuscript additions include a directive, 8 May 1608, from Sir Julius Caesar for the repayment of the loan, and a note of its repayment, 9 May 1608, to Mathew Davies, assignee of W.H. Purchased from Bernard Quaritch Ltd, London, in March 1992 (1992037).
