Lease and Release of one m., one tan-house, three gardens and a piece of waste ground in the town of Caernarfon, subject in the first place to the payment of 1's debts which shall not exceed £30 over his existing debts, in trust for 1 for life and after his decease in trust for John Johnson of Carnarvon, uncle of 1, a very antient man', for life, and after the decease of both to the sole use of 2 and his heirs. Recites that 1 owes David Groves of Wardrope Court near Doctors Comons, London, victualler, and Winifrid Vaughan of p. Fletching, co. Sussex, spinster, several sums of money and that 1 has for several years last past beenout of all manner of business', which caused him to contract the aforesaid debts. Seal.
