Abstract Of Title of the estate of Black and White Notley, Essex, which formerly belonged to the Asty family, to determine the heir at law. Mr Wyvill, the present parson of Black Notley Church, is in possession of the estate but is not the heir at law. The estate comprises of all that half part of the whole, into two equal parts to be divided, of all that man. or lp of Black Notley, a capital m. or Manor House called Black Notley Hall with 500 a., the advowson of the church of Black Notley and 240 a. of arable land called Stantons, a m. called Tanner or Taniers Farm with 250 a., all in p's Black and White Notely, Essex.

E. and on the south by the lands of Thomas Meredith, all in the town of Aberystwyth, p. Llanbadarn Fawr, co. Card.
