Bargain And Sale With Feoffment of a m. where Owen David ap Owen lives, a parcel of land whereupon the said m. stands called Kay Mab Sivion, a parcel of land called Erw Varl lying in a field called Kay Uch ben y Ty, both parcels in the tenure of Owen David ap Owen, a parcel of land in the tenure of Robert ap Ellys within a field called Acre yr Fordd and three parcels of land in the same tenure lying within a field called Kay yr Person and 15 fields and parcels of land (field names given) in the tenure of Anne verch Ellys, late wife of John Eyton, gent., dec., all in p. Erbistock, co. Denb., reserving to 1 the annual rent of 20s. from a lease of part of the premises to Ellys ap John ap David of a term of 21 years yet unexpired. Covenant for further assurances names three sons of John Powell the elder. Consideration: £104.
