Papers rating to the Maesypandy estate, p. Talyllyn, co. Mer,
Part of Sir Haydn Jones Papers,
These papers belong to the period when the owner of the estate was John Nanney, who was the last in line and died 1868. It is unclear how these papers came into the possession of H. Haydn Jones. A letter in this collection (no. 1819), dated 1931, states that H. Haydn Jones's farms adjoined Maesypandy which was by then reduced to a farmstead. It is possible that H. Haydn Jones's farms were once part of the Maesypandy estate.
