Llanelly; together with numerous emendations and additions. Endorsed is a memorandum of and agreement (1845, Feb. 8) whereby the said Thomas Ungoed covenants to produce the above mentioned deeds at the request of Richard Janion Nevill, esq., who had purchased the moiety of mines and minerals under Heolhen. Enclosed are:. (A) a memorandum of the above-mentioned agreement, to be endorsed on the indenture of lease, dated 1805, June 12. (B) a further agreement (1845, Feb. 8) relating to the said lease.
