Correspondence relating to a demand made by the Enginemen, Stokers and Craftsmen's Association for a 'levelling up' of wages, comprising correspondence between the union and the Coal Owners Association, between the Coal Owners Association and the Enginemen Wages Committee, and between the Coal Owners Association and the South Wales Miners' Federation. Also tables showing the minimum rates demanded for each class of workman by the union.
