Award of William Gruffith of Caernarvon, esq., and Humffrey Jones of Cravelwyn, gent, both of co. Caernarvon, arbitrators in a dispute between Hugh Gwynne Gruffith, late of Berth ddu, co. Denbigh, esq. deceased, Margarett Wynne, his late wife, Robert Wynne, son and heir of the said Hugh Gwynne Gruffith, Thomas Pryce, esq., and Jane, his wife and others of the one part and Edward Wynne of Ystrad, co. Denbigh, gent., Sir John Wynne of Gwydyr, co. Caernarvon, kt. and bart, and Thomas Vaughan of Pant glas, co. Caernarvon, esq. and others of the other part, concerning the farm and township of Penmachno. Reference is made to suits at the courts of Westminster including a suit in the exchequer chamber concerning land in havod wryd parcel of the said farm and township of Penmachno: the arbitrators award that Robert Wynne shall quitclaim the farm and township of Penmachno and that Edward Wynne shall pay a sum of £150 to Robert Wynne.
