Exemplification of a fine levied at the Great Sessions for the county of Radnor at Presteigne, 2 April 1752 between Edward Vaughan, gent., plaintiff, and John Watkins gent., deforceant, on one messuage, forty acres of land arable, forty acres of pasture, forty acres of meadow, twenty acres of wood and underwood, and fifty acres of furze and heath with the appurtenances in the parish of Llansantfread Cwm-y-toyddwr.
