Brec., gent., that Eliza Ann Price (the wife of Rice Price of Eardisley, Herefordshire, clerk), Hannah Maria Jones, widow (formerly the wife of David Jones, gent.), and Matilda Elizabeth Lawrence, spinster, and himself are the only children of Jane Lawrence, widow, formerly the wife of Charles Lawrence, gent., dec.; that a legacy of £300 under the will of Lewis Lewis of the Tanhouse, near Builth, dated 21 July 1804 [see No. 6], to the children of Jane Lawrence was discharged by Thomas Lawrence and his sisters and delivered to Lewis Lewis of Tynllwyn, co. Rad., esq., the testator's son.
