Elizabeth Felix of Llanilar (d. 27 Oct. 1864),

Three volumes, comprising (i) account of Mrs Felix with J. Downie, 1863-1864, (ii) Mrs Peter Felix in account with John Watkins, 1863-1864, both accounts being for beers, wines and spirits, and (iii) an inventory of the household furniture and other effects at Llanilar, the property of the late Mrs Elizabeth Felix, 15 Nov. 1864.

James Hughes of Glanrheidol (d. 1858),

Original bundle of papers relating to the administration of the estate of the late James Hughes of Glanrheidol (d. 13 June 1858), esq. The papers include leases, probate papers, accounts and correspondence, including Bessy Hughes's first letter to her father, Sept. 1827; half yearly rentals (3) of the Glanrheidol estate, Michaelmas 1857, Michaelmas 1860 and Lady Day 1861, and of James Hughes, esq's estates, Michaelmas 1857; a copy of the will (dated 1860, proved 1861) of Mary Hughes of Glanrheidol (d. 8 April 1861), and draft appointments of new trustees to her will, 1901; and Aberystwyth harbour trust annuity certificates no's 41-43, each for £2 10s., in the name of Elizabeth Parry of Aberystwyth, widow, 1874.

Attorney General v. Hughes Bonsall,

Original bundle of papers, including correspondence, depositions of witnesses, informations, answers, and counsel's opinions, relating to a case in the Exchequer Division, relating to James George Frederick Hughes-Bonsall's claim to three parcels of land (opposite the Dyffryn Castell), the Attorney General claiming them as formerly part of Nant y Meirch sheepwalk, and the soil and freehold of the Crown, 1879-1885, apparently resolved by Hughes-Bonsall accepting a grant of the disputed lands from the Crown, 1885. Includes a particulars and conditions of sale of part of the Abertrinant estate (1400a.), 1827, including lot 7, Nantymeirch sheepwalk (315a.). Also includes letters relating to George Hughes taking the surname Bonsall on coming into the Glanrheidol estate, 1879.

Bucks, carpenter, 1869; probate of the will (dated 1903) and codicil (dated 1908) of Lewis Hopkins Roberts, formerly of Willow Bridge Road, London, builder, now of Plas Hendre, Aberystwyth, 1909, and deeds related to his trust, 1914-1967; letters, accounts and income tax and estate duty papers re. Lewis Hopkins Roberts, 1909-1916; and death certificates of Lewis Hopkins Roberts, 1909, and Elizabeth Roberts of Aberystwyth, his widow, 1944.
