Original bundle of papers of Richard Davies (RD) and Amelia Kezia Davies (AKD) of 35 Spring Gardens, Paddington, co. Mddx, comprising deeds and maps relating to building plots at Northolt Junction, co. Mddx, 1913-1919; receipts, 1910-1923, mainly for payment of rent for 35 Spring Gardens; pass book of RD with the Reliance Permament Building Society, 1911-1912; and correspondence, 1906-1924, relating mainly to a lease of 35 Spring Gardens, the aforementioned building plots and the maintenance of AKD in an asylum by the Paddington Board of Guardians.
