The plan shows the run of no. 1, no. 2 and no. 3 lodes, the cross cut and the adit cross cut, and the location of the shaft and three winzes, while the section shows the engine and drawing shafts, the adit and 12, 22, 32 and 42 fathom levels, and a winze between the adit and the 12 fathom level.

Papers dealing with the succession duty on the estate of the Misses Jones; Mary Jones died in 1913, having been predeceased by Anne Elizabeth Jones (d. 1910). The main beneficiaries of Mary's will were members of the Rimmer family into which Clarissa Angharad, another of Mary's sisters, had married; a list of various Rimmer members is included. Mostly Inland Revenue forms, also letters and miscellaneous.
