(16) Costs and damages arising from personal actions, which must not exceed £50;. (17-21) Attachments against persons contravening the authority of that Court;. (22-48) Remain unchanged;. (49) Provides against the arrest of suitors in the Court of the Marches, during their actual attendance;. (50) The granting of commissions to the Lord President and Council for hearing causes in the said Court.
