A Schedule of Deeds relating to an Estate in the Parish of Llanelian in Rhos, co. Denbigh, belonging to John Lloyd Wynne Esq., and the Revd John Boulger, and also to an Estate in the Parish of Dimerchion, etc. co. Flint, which they lately sold to the Hon. Edward Mostyn Lloyd Mostyn, which said Deeds, etc., were delivered to the said J. Ll. Wynne (Mr. James Napier, Agent) 10 September 1858, by W. Thomas Oldfield of Farm. The dates of the deeds range from 7 June 1722 to 22 September 1841. English. Paper.

The dates range from 5 and 6 April, 1803, to 10 March, 1807. At the foot, an acknowledgment by the said Margaret Holland of receipt of the deeds from Messrs Oldfield of Farm, 24 February 1830.

At the foot an acknowledgment by the said Margaret Wynne that she has in her custody the above mentioned deeds and will redeliver them on payment of the sum of £400. Signed 2 Nov. 1745. Witnesses: Evan Foulkes, John Ellis. The dates range from 27 October 1705 to 2 Nov. 1745. Endorsed: "Schedule of Deeds and Writings Delivered with a Receipt. John Wynne gent to Margt. Wynne, Spr."
