Tripartite deed made between (1) John Wynne of Melay, co. Denb., Humphrey Wynne of Llanganhaval, same co., and Robert Wynne of Nantglyn same co. (2) Thomas Parry of Llanrhudd, same co., and (3) Meredith Wynne of Carwedfynydd, same co., Jane his wife and Martha Goodman of Carwedfynydd, whereby, in pursuance of the terms of no. 1614, dated 15 Sept. 1674, the first party, for £460, in pursuance of the trust in the said deed expressed, and with consent of the third party, release and sell to the second party viz. Thomas Parry, certain lands in Llanrhudd, co. Denb., called Cae r bont, Cae Canol, Cae glas alias Cae Pella, Gwern y Meirch, Cae r Dderwen, Gwern Cae r Dderwen, Gwern Vcha, Cae Tu bach, Cae mawr, and Cae David Middelton, abutting on the Rivers Rhydwrial, Cae r groes, Caer groes bach, and the highway from Pentre Llanbeder to Ruthin, etc., with specified conditions.
