Accounts of the Funeral Expenses of "Uncle Rutter", [Foulke Rutter, Clerk, Rector of Tilston]; his debts, his effects sold, taken at valuation, and unsold etc. by Thomas Willams Executor (1-8); receipt by Robert Callys, Receiver General of the Bishop of Chester, to the Executors of Foulke Rutter, Clerk, late Rector of Tilston, by hands of Thos. Williams, for £3. 10. 0. for a mortuary due to the Bishop upon the death of the said Rutter, 18 Nov. 1709 (9); and a parcel of vouchers and memoranda belonging to the same matters (10).

Account with the Trustees appointed for sale of part of the Estates of the late Mrs. Holland, of which William Holland Holland esq. was tenant in tail in Remainder, who with the concurrence of Mrs. Holland, Mr. and Mrs. Wynne, suffered a Recovery of the Teyrdan and of Mrs. Holland's Estates to enable him to settle the same and to raise money for the payment of the incumbrances affecting the Teyrdan Estates and also payment of his debts during the time he was at Jesus College Oxford. Attached is a receipt by J. Oldfield to John Lloyd Wynne, dated 14 September 1834.
