Deed whereby John Evans of Maesegwig, co. Denbigh, gentleman, and Elizabeth Jones of the same, widow, his mother, in consideration of a marriage already solemnly carried out between the said J. Evans and Mary his wife, daughter of Richard Parry of Rhosfynech, co. Carnarvon, gentleman, convey to the said R. Parry and Robert Humphreys of Eglwys-fâch, co. Denb., yeoman, a messuage in Maesegwig aforesaid called Brynker, a messuage there called kil y Llidiart alias Tyddyn ucha with appurtenants, land, etc., called Pen Brynker, in trust for the marrying parties, subject to certain specified covenants and conditions, sixty pounds being paid as consideration money to the said Jo Evans. Jones to the said C. "Articles of Agreement (sic) Indented made the ninth day of August 1726, between Richard Wynne of Cranburne in the County of Dorsett Clerk... and Thomas Vaughan of Llansannan in the County of Denbigh, gentleman", concerning a lease by R. Flint, gentleman, and John Wynne of Coed Coch, in the parish of Bettws Abergeley, same co., gentleman, being the settlement of a marriage theretofore solemnized between the same J. Jones and Jonett his then wife, etc., whereby he the said J. Jones releases to the said H. Hughes and J. Wynne the premises leased in no. 2157, to certain specified uses, viz. an annuity of £12 to the said Jonett if she survives her husband, £200 portion for Mariana only daughter of the said J. Jones, subject to certain conditions, and other contingencies set out in detail, the premises leased, viz. those described in no. 2157 being charged therewith. Signed and sealed by J. Jones. Bond of Richard Evans of Gellheligg, co. Denb., gentleman, and John Evans, of the same, son and heir of the said Richard, to Evan Davies of Trovarth, same co., gentleman, Anne, his wife, and Evan ffoulkes of Havod y Gôg, same co., yeoman, in the sum of £240, to secure performance of covenants contained in an indenture of even date (See No: 2198). E., of a messuage, etc. in Maesegwig, same co., called Yr Hendre, and another called Kilchychwyn (there), subject to certain conditions, to secure due payment of £41, etc. Signature and seal cut off, to cancel the deed.
