Flint, gentleman, for 5sh., the messuage in Bettws Abergeley called Tû ucha; messuages called Pennant, Ffrith hen and y Fron, in Llaethvaen; messuages in Bodlennin, parish of Llanelian in Rhos; lands in Townnan in the parish of Llanelian, and Bodlennin, called Werglodd wen, Gwergloddie duon, Gwerglodd y pandû, Bron y tes, Cae'r hendre and Cae'r llan; several pieces of land called Skybor newydd in Bodlennin; messuages in Townnan called Ffigin, Bryn Elian and Llettu'r Ader; a fulling mill in Townnan; lands in Townnan called Derwas and Tyddyn Dolwen; messuages in Bodlennin called Bryn Gwier, Tû yn y Kelyn and Kefn y beudu; messuages in Llaethvaen called Nant y cochel and Bryn dansie; messuages called Bryn y person and Nant in Bodlennin, messuages in Llaethvaen called Tyddyn y gwynt and Tyddyn y fron in Llaethvaen; for six months, with view to a Release thereof (no. 2932). Deed made between (1) John Holland the younger of Ruthin, co. Denbigh, and Margaret, his wife; (2) Hugh Evans of the Abbey, co. Carnarvon, gentleman; (3) Robert Wynn of Garthewin, co. Denbigh, esq., and John Garnons of Rhiw Goch, co. Merioneth, esq.; whereby the said J. and M. Holland, for the barring of the entail of certain estates, release to the said H. Evans, the property described in no. 2934, with covenant to suffer a Common Recovery, in trust for purposes declared in the settlement deed on the marriage of the said J. and M. Holland.

One of the above drafts is written on the back of a notice of the Annual Grand Fancy Dress Polo and United Counties' Hunt Ball at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, 2 December 1875.
