Thomas Parry, certain lands in Llanrhudd, co. Denb., called Cae r bont, Cae Canol, Cae glas alias Cae Pella, Gwern y Meirch, Cae r Dderwen, Gwern Cae r Dderwen, Gwern Vcha, Cae Tu bach, Cae mawr, and Cae David Middelton, abutting on the Rivers Rhydwrial, Cae r groes, Caer groes bach, and the highway from Pentre Llanbeder to Ruthin, etc., with specified conditions. Tripartite Deed made between (1) John Wynne the younger, of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esq., (ii) William Vaughan of Plas Newydd, co. Carnarvon, gentleman, and (iii) John Lloyd of Havodynnos, co. Denb., Esq. whereby the said J. Wynne, releases, etc. to the said W. Vaughan, the capital messuage called Plas yn Trofarth, and other the premises described in the previous deed, no. 2422, with view to a recovery thereof by the said John Lloyd, "tenant to the precipe.". Flint, and Katherine his wife; (2) John Parry of Combe and William Rutter of Bryngwyn Escob, same co.; and (3) Humffrey Wynne of Llanganhavall, co. Denb., and Peter Prichard of Maen Eva co. Flint, whereby, on payment of £44.10s. by the said John and £30 by the said William to the said Thomas and for the cutting off of entails, etc., and securing tenements and hereditaments to specified uses, it is covenanted that the first party at the next Great Sessions for co. Flint shall suffer a common Recovery of three closes of land in Combe Vwchglan and Huriathicke in a place called Brickill vcha, called y Coetkae Newydd, Coetkae r Mynydd and Coetkae pwll y dommen, 12 acres, formerly part of ffrith y Brickill Ucha; and also of two closes of land in Huriathicke in the Parish of Combe, 6 acres, called ffynnon y berw vcha and ffynnon y berw issa, by the third party to be held to the use of the said John and William according to specified restrictions and conditions.
