Deed whereby John Madocks of Vron Iw, co. Denbigh, and David Lloyd of Denbigh, Esq., lease to Thomas Gaman of Picton, co. Chester, gentleman, for 5sh. certain messuages called Aelwyd Ucha, in Bryngwyn Esgob, Brickill Issa, Pontun Pren, Gwaen Heylyn, Quitie'r Onnen, Brickhill ucha, Townan issa, Cabane, Dol y Greol, Cefn y nen otherwise Orsedd and Caer orsedd, in the parishes of Dymerchion, co. Hanmer, and John Lloyd Wynne aforesaid, being a conveyance of messuages and lands called Tu-yn-y Nant and Tu-yn-y-Pistill, in Eglwys fach, co.
