Agreement whereby 1 releases all her right, title and interest in a m., parcels of land, a moiety of a capital m. called Howle (1779) p. Walford, co. Her., and in a meadow called West meadow, in the manor of Kingston, p. Weston Under Penyard, to 2 in exchange for an annuity of £140. Recites that in the marriage settlement of 2 in 1802 all the premises except West meadow were conveyed to trustees for the use of the late John Hardwick for life, and after his death to the use of his wife, that in 1808 West meadow was devised by the will of the late John Hardwick to trustees for 2,000 years in trust to pay his wife £45 p.a., and after the expiration of this term to 2.
