Denb. and Shropshire to his cousin David Maurice of Glan Cynlleth, esq., for seven years to pay a mortgage for £400 secured on premises in Oswestry, two bond debts and other debts and legacies, and after the said term to Edward Maurice, son and heir of the said David Maurice, and to his heirs male, parcels of land in t. Keele, p. Llangedwin, co. Denb., to his servant John Williams for life and thereafter to the said E.M. Bequeathes all his books to E.M. and his heir male, the said books to remain in the dwelling house, and £2 to the poor of p. Llansillin. Oval seal (in paper wrapper).
