Talyllyn, being late the lands of Richard Howell, to his daughter Gwen Gwyn but if his daughter Anne Nanney, wife of Griff Nanney, pays to the said Gwen £50 within four years after his death he devises the same to the said Anne, his lease of the King's mill called Melyn Llanegryn, p. Llanegryn, to the said Gwen, lands called Tir Reinallt, t. Bodgadvan, [p. Llangelynnin], purchased from Hugh Thomas, to his said daughter Anne, all the rest of his lands in co.
