Declaration by Henry Potts of Chester, gent., clerk to the trustees of the turnpike road called The Chester and Northop District, that the parcel of land called Bretton Lake in the township of Bretton in the; parish of Hawarden, co. Flint, belonged to the said trustees; Witness: H. Kelsall, Master in Chancery.

Flint, bart., of a piece of land (20r.) formerly part of a field called Long Meadow in the township of Pentrobin, co. Flint, together with a house and buildings erected thereon. Consideration, £250. Appointment by the Right Hon. William Ewart Gladstone of Carlton Gardens, co. Middlesex, and Catherine his wife, that the principal trust sums of £6666 13s. 4d., £2000, and £15000 mentioned in their prenuptial settlement, dated 18 July, 1839, should, after the death of the survivor of them, begin trust for the absolute benefit of their eldest surviving son who should be born more than four years before the death of his surviving parent, the said appointment being subject to a pow of revocation.
