Writer's father desires to inclose a draft for £152.11.0 to cover the amount of recipients' bill and two years' interest. Draft.

Mr John Philipps has paid writers £20 on recipient's account; they wish to know whether Mr Griffies agrees to their having Esker Grove, near Carmarthen, as the season for stripping is advancing fast.

Writers have seen an advertisement that Esker Grove is to be disposed of, and wish to know the lowest terms.

Writers draw recipient's attention to a notice in the Gloucester Gazette to the creditors of George Smith of Piercefield, co. Monmouth, esq.
John David Rees says that if Mr David Jones, recipient's client, does not remit writer the amount of a foregoing account, steps will be taken to ensure its payment.
Writer encloses the draft of Mr Benjamin Thomas's deed for perusal and correction; Mr Tho[ma]s is obliged by his contract to make out a good title to the premises.
As writer must remit the debt in .... to his clients immediately, Mr Bowen must pay him the discount of that sum. Damaged.
Writer is willing to stop all further proceedings in Evan Evans v. Rees Williams; he wrote several letters to Mr Williams, but all to no purpose.
Writer has not received the debt and costs in Evan v. R. Williams; if he is not paid on or before next Thursday morning writer will proceed. Damaged.
Defendant Thomas Davies in writer's suit has advertised his effects to be sold; writer desires the warrant on this writ so that his bailiff may levy.
Writer has ordered Kelly to return the distrained cattle.
The award between Lewis, lessee of Jenkin, and Agar David and others has been ingrossed on a proper stamp as Mr Davies would gladly set aside the award.
