The estates include farms and lands in Llanfair [Caereinion], Llanfyllin, Llangadfan, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Manafon and Pennant [Melangell], Montgomeryshire; Ruabon Chapel, [Plas Kynaston] in the parish of Ruabon and part of Brynyffynnon Orchard in the town of Wrexham, Denbighshire; lands in Llanfor and Llanycil, Merioneth; freehold farms in Llanerfyl, Llanymawddwy and Mallwyd in Montgomeryshire and Merioneth to be sold to Edmund Buckley; a rent and other hereditaments payable in the parish of Oswestry, Salop, Pentre (location not specified) and other unspecified estates in Denbighshire, Merioneth, Montgomeryshire and Salop, 1853-1859. Other items comprise a list of abstracts sent out at the time of Sir Watkin’s sales, 1858; and abstracts of the Enclosure Act and award in Llanrhaeadr-yng Nghinmeirch, Denbighshire, 1857.

The file also contains a draft abstract of the title of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn to fee simple estates in the parishes of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Lansilin and Llanarmon in Montgomeryshire and Denbighshire, 1881.
