Rentals, second series,

This series contains rentals and accounts of arrears and disbursements submitted by Henry Harding, receiver of the co. Mon. estate until 1758 and thereafter by Silas Blandford, steward. It appears that man's Woolaston and Tidenham in Gloucestershire came within the remit of the receiver of the co. Mon. estate until 1760, when they disappear from the rentals All are annual rents and accounts, except for BMA3/20-21 which are half yearly. All the rentals in BGA1 have been removed from Badminton Group II except for BGA1/5. Previous reference numbers are given where appropriate.

Rentals: third series,

BGA3/1 is a continuation in a bound volume of BGA2/1-21, except that BGA2/1-21 are the copies of the collector of rents for lp Gower, whilst BGA3/1 is the copy of Thomas Gardiner, receiver of the estate. BGA3/2 is a copy of BGA2/21 and of the rental of the co. Glam. estate for 1744-5 in BA1/8. They include details of disbursements, such as land taxes, poor rates and repairs.
