Indenture, whereby William Wynne of Treflan, co. Caern., esq., and his son and heir apparent, Rowland Wynne, in pursuance of a covenant in an indenture dated 16 Sept. 1659 (see D. D. 1,033), release to William Bold of Llanedwen, co. Ang., gent., a capital m. and lands called Glan r afon bach in Treflan, m's and lands called Tythyn Rowland Griffith ap William, Kay bryn bedde, Kay Evan ap Ynyr, Wein issa, and Kay garrw in Treflan, all realty late of William Rowland situate in p's and t's of Treflan, Ruge, and Castellmay, co. Caern., and m's and lands called Cwmcloch and Pantdreiniog in Llanvihangell and Bethkelart, co. Caern. to the intent that a recovery of the same might be suffered to enure to the use of the said William Wynne for his life, with remainder to the appointees of the said William Wynne and Rowland Wynne, or of the latter after the death of the said William Wynne, with remainder to the said Rowland Wynne and his issue, with remainders over. Witnesses: Timothy Edwards of Nanhoron; Jo. Vaughan of Berkin; Hugh Williams of Conway; Griffith Prichard of Llanllyfny; Lewis Evans and Richard Williams, Bewmaris, clerks to Mr Owen Hughes.
