Indenture, being a lease for three lives in consideration of the sum of £30 and the surrender of a former lease for three lives - those of Penelope Roberts, of Mary, the wife of John Street, then of Winesby, now of Gattertop, Herefordshire, and of William Street, their son (the two latter being living and the said Penelope Roberts being dec.), of the rectory and tythes of Llanthew for the lives of Mary Street and of William and Charles Street, her sons.
