Indenture, being a lease for 11 years, at a rental of £5 p.a. and a couple of hounds each year, of the dwellinghouse wherein Arnold George lives, with appurtenances and one plot of 1/2 a. of land called Kae pen y pound, of Y Llain vach rhyng y ford, and 2 a. of wood land adjoining the latter, and the use of a boat on the ferry called Kavan dum bach over the river Wye, all situate in Llandilo, co. Rad. Proviso that the swine of Arnold George shall gather acorns of the land, if they be ringed, from Michaelmas to All Saints yearly.
