Parcel 1: Tymawr in the township of Ffridd Pen-y-wern, parish of Berriew, co. Mont., 1799-1959, originally purchased in 1799 from the commissioners for enclosing the waste land in the manors of Kedewen, Hopton and Overgorther.
Parcel 2: Perthi Farm in the township of Burgedin, parish of Guilsfield, co. Mont., 1791-1937, originally purchased in 1799 from the commissioners for enclosing the waste land in the manors of Streetmarshall, Tirymynech and Deytheur.
Parcel 3: Dwelling houses and shops, 11-13 Broad Street, Welshpool, co. Mont., 1775-1978.
Parcel 4: Messuages in New Street and Tanyard Terrace, Welshpool, co. Mont., 1862-1925.
