System of arrangement
The archive was damaged by the fire in 2013 at the National Library of Wales. Some material was lost, other material damaged and the original order of the archive was lost. Surviving pages have been arranged into sets of minutes and grouped into files for 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989. The 1989 file also includes files which cannot be attributed to a particular date.

Physical characteristics and technical requirements
The papers were damaged by the fire at the National Library of Wales in 2013 and are fragile. Each sheet is in a Melinex sleeve. In some cases the contents of pages have been re-typed onto new documents.
