Flint, whereof one parcel is called yr Erw hiyr extending from the highway leading from a place called wern to Worthymbre on the west to the land late Roger ap Morgan deceased on the east and lying between the lorde of Alfordes landes on both sides and the other parcel extends from the lands of Sir Edward Puleston, kt., on the east to the said highway on the west and lies between tile lands late of Owen Puleston, deceased, on the south side and the land late of the said Roger ap Morgan on the north side, In Exchange For a parcel of land which lips in Worthymbre and is the purparty of 2 of a closure of land which extends from the river called y Cambwll on the east to the lauds of 1 on the west and lies between the lands of 1 called Erw err Croppa on the north and the lands of Sir Thomas Hanmer, kt., now in the tenure of Roger Downat on the south.
