- John Jones of Townnan, co. Denbigh, gent.;. 2. Christopher Butler of Llysfaen, co. Caernarfon, gent., and Edward Price of Llysfaen, gent. Grant of an annuity of forty shillings issuing out of parcels called Y Werglodd ucha, Y Werglodd Issa and yr Hewl Newydd being parcel of the demesne lands of the said John Jones in the township of Townnan, co. Denbigh. The said annuity was purchased by the second party hereto, with a sum of £50 bequeathed by William Butler, late of Llysfaen, esq., deceased, for the purchase of land, the rents and profits of which were to be distributed amongst the poor inhabitants of the parish of Llysfaen as the minister and freeholders of the said parish should think fit.
