Grant from John Wyn ap Cadwalader of Llanvawr, co. Mer., gent., to Robert ap Richard ap John ap Madock of Penmaghno, co. Caern., gent., of m's and lands called Tythyn y meistir, Kaer egloes, and Y kaer managh, and all other m's and glebe lands, late of the chapel or rectory of Penmaghno, to be held of the Crown by knight's service; which said premises, formerly parcel of the commandery or preceptory of Halston, Shropshire, and late of the priory or hospital of St John of Jerusalem, had, by letters patent of Queen Elizabeth, dated 15 Mar., 1559-60, been granted to George Lee, otherwise Leigh, of Salop, gent., and Thomas Bowyer of Salop, draper, who, by indenture dated 28 Jan. 1560-1, conveyed the same to the said John Wyn ap Cadwalader.
