Grant by William ap Jeyn ap John ap Gwilim, lord of a certain parcel of Wolffes Newton, to Thomas ap John ap Guilim Mc of certain parcels of land, arable and wood, with appurtenances, in the parish of Wolffesneuton, namely in the lordship of Uske, a parcel of arable land lying in a place called Croft a ?cadged between the way leading form the church of Wolfesneuton to Porthevaynor on one head and the land of the said Thomas called Tyre a seyd on the other, in breadth between the lands of the said William on one side and the land of the said Thomas on the other; another parcel of arable land lying in a place called Penhede, in length between the land called Tyre aseyd on one head and the land of the said William ap Jeyn on he other, in breadth between the lands of the said Thomas on both sides; another parcel of woodland lying in length between the land of Jeyn ap Mc ap Md on one head and the stream called Pyll on the other, in breadth between the lands of the said Jeyn ap Mc ap Md on one side and the land of Philip ap Hoell on the other called Gwernetale arallte; four other parcels of arable land late in the tenure of Johane vergh Yoruerth severally lying, namely between the way leading from the said church to New Churche on one head, the said two parcel and the land of the rector of Wolfesnewton on the other, between the said way, on one head, 2 other parcels and extending to the way called Criose tonne a Wahreoveva.
