Grant by William ap Jankyn ap John, lord of a certain parcel of the land of Wolfes Newton, to Thomas ap John ap Gwilim ap Mc of a certain parcel of land, arable, and meadow, in the parish of Wolfes Newton, in the lordship of Uske, of which a parcel of arable land called Tyre a Coched lies in length between the stream called Pill on one head, the stream called Nant Edwyn on the other, in breadth between Heuoll Wynford on one side and lands called Gwirlod a cowslope and Ero Jouett on the other; another parcel of meadow called Gwirlod Wille lying enclosed between the said Tyre coched and Ero Jonett and Gwirlod a Cowslop and the stream of Pill on both sides; 1 acre of arable land lying in the field called Kubyntre, next le pole of Kybyntre on one head and the lands of Thomas ap John on both sides.
