Grant by Walter ap David ap Gruffit to Wenllian vergh Jankyn ap gruffit and William ap Mc her son, of 5 pieces of arable land in the parish of Wolvesnewton (nova villa lupi) of which one piece of land lies in length between the knight's way (via militis) on one head and the cemetery of the chuch of Lanwell[?y] on the other, in breadth between the land of David Seis on one side and the land called Tyre Nest on the other; 2nd piece, lying in length between the knight's way on one head and the land of Ieuan sonne on the other, in breadth lying between the land of Edward on one side and the land of Peter Botteler on the other; the 3rd piece lying in length between the said way on one head and the stream called Goweratt on the other, in breadth between curtam terram on one side and the land of Walter Payne on the other; 4th piece lying in length between he knight's way on one head and the stream called Goweratt on the other, in breadth between curtam terram on one side and the land of the said Wenllian vergh Jankyn on the other; 5th piece lying in length between the way which leads from Kayre to the church of Llanwennel on one head and the cemetery of the said church on the other, in breadth between the land of Ieuan ap Howeyne on one side and the lands of Wenllian ap Jankyn on the other.
