Grant by Thomas de Webbelye, rector of the church of Lidegherd, to Matilda de Thronham, and Richard his son and Cecilia his daughter of 8 acres of arable land, lying in the territory of Pion Canon, (Pionia Canonicorum) at Aston foliot, of which 3 acres lie between the land of Nicholas de Lanton' on one side and the royal way on the other, and one head extending to Wreytes moreslone and the other to the pasture of John de Wythinton'; 1 acre between the land of William Syrild on one side and the land of Richard de Addessore on the other; 3 acres in Badenegescroft between the customary land of the Dean and Chapter of the church of Hereford on one side and the royal way on the other; 1 acre which contains 8 selions, at Assehull' between the land which was of Adam Ayrild on one side and the land of Gilbert le Nerne on the other; for their lives.
