Grant by Robert ap Thomelyn to John Lecton and Matilda, his wife, of a burgage with appurtenances in Little Monemuth between the burgage late of Philip Bridde on onepart, and the stream running there on the other in breadth, and extending in length from the way which leads from Little Monemouth to Rockfield, on one head, the said stream on the other; to revert to grantor if grantees die without lawful heirs begotten.
