Grant by Philipp Harry of Keven garowe to John Philip his son of a tenement with 12 acres of land, arable, meadow and wood adjoining with appurtenances, called Keven garowe, late of the said Phillipp Harri, in the parish of Newchurche in the fee of Chepstowe, in breadth between the lands of James Philpot called Wenallt and the lands of the Earl of Worcester called Levedow on both sides, and in length from the lands of the said John Philpot on one head to the common called Allt gigvran on the other.
