Grant by John ap Hopkyn Peyrs to William ap Meuric ap Kenoric of a garden and a piece of land, with appurtenances, in the fee of Woluesnewton, namely the garden lying between the way leading from the place called Kaer to the bridge called Pontwinforth on one side and the messuage of the said William and the well of St Gwynhael on the other, and the said piece of land lies in length between certain land on one head and the garden formerly of Ieuan ap Owen and the garden of Sir William ap David ap Meuric on the other. Rent: 2d per annum, Sunday after Michaelmas, suit of court, relief. Witnesses: Robert Greyndour, steward of Usk, John ap Jankyn Peyrs, master sergeant, Wilcok ap Roppert, John ap Ieuan ap Eynon, Meuric ap Ioruerth ap Eynon. Given at Woluesnewton.
