Grant by Ieuan Vechan ap Ieuan ap Philip ap Eynon to William ap Meuric ap Kenoric, of a messuage and 2 pieces of land, with appurtenances, in the parish and fee of Wolvisnewton, namely the messuage, and piece of land adjoining, called Croft David ap Ieuan ap Howel, lying in length between the land called Tyre a cocheyd on one head and the land formerly of David Seys on the other, in breadth between the way called Heol a marchogeon on one side and the land called Tyre abreynd wel on the other head; the other piece lying in length to the stream called Pyll on one head and the place of the said David ap Ieuan ap Howel on the other, and in breadth between the land formerly of Meuric ap Kenoric on both parts, paying one penny per annum and doing suit of court, and relief.
