Grant by Henry Joye and Agnes vergh Gruffuth Joye and Nest vergh Gruffuth Joye to Lewis ap Hoewll Koys of seven and a half acres of land, with appurtenances in Henru in the parish of Kemmes of which 1 acre lies in Seymoursland near the meadow (pratum) Sayis, 2 acres lie with one head abutting on the royal way leading from Penho to Kaerlyon and the other head on the land of Nesta Mc Komro, 2 acres lie with one head abutting on the way leading from Henru to Kemmeys, the other on the stream called Duvelesh', 1/4 acre lying near the said 2 acres, another 1 1/2 acres lying together with one head abutting on the said royal way and the other on the garden on Nesta Mc Komro, and another acre lying there and called Croftevelyn, rendering to the chief lord of that fee in the lordship of Penho for 3 acres of the 7 acres, 3d. at Michalemas, and for 4 1/2 acres 9d. at Michaelmas, suit of court, relief.
