Recites a deed, dated 3 Jan. 1720/1, between 1 and 3, granting an annual rent charge of £15 issuing out of several pieces of land in Hothfield, part of the estates of Richard, late earl of Thanet, dec., and of 1, to be applied as a salary for a schoolmistress to teach the children of the poor of the parish.
