None of the items were marked with the relevant reference number and non relate to the actual draft arrangements for the visit of TRH The Duke and Duchess of York.

The first meeting of the Gorsedd Commission appointed to consider reforms, which met at Cadoxton Lodge, Neath, Feb. 1926. The members of the Commission were J. O. Williams ('Pedrog'), D.R. Phillips, Geoffrey Crawshay, Ernest T. Hughes, A. E. Jones ('Cynan'), W. S. Gwyn Williams. The first group is of the members of the Commission at work seated round a table, and the second of the members standing at the door of Cadoxton Lodge with Mr and Mrs Coombe Tennant.
